I’ve spent over eight years helping individuals, couples, and families find strength through life’s challenges. I specialize in trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, using supportive approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. At Never Sink Therapy and Resilience, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel steady in the storm and calm in the chaos.

The name "Never Sink Therapy and Resilience" was born from the core philosophy that guides my practice: you are more resilient than you know. My goal is to help you connect with that inner strength. Together, we don't just talk about problems; we build practical skills to help you feel steady in the storm and calm in the chaos.

Using a foundation of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, motivational interventions, and mindfulness—we will work collaboratively to untangle difficult thoughts, manage overwhelming emotions, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
